CORY VILLAUME
Managing Partner
Cory Villaume has spent his entire life in the Twin Cities, growing up in Mendota Heights, attending the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, and building a career advising some of the region’s most prominent retail property owners. He earned a reputation for his integrity, work ethic, and deep understanding of necessity-based retail. That foundation inspired the launch of Veriton Holdings, a vision he has carried since the day he entered the business.
Cory serves as a board member of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association and sits on the advisory board of the Salvation Army Men’s Rehabilitation Program, helping men rebuild their lives through faith, work, and community. He also enjoys mentoring college students as they begin their careers in commercial real estate.
Now raising his family in Delano, Cory lives with his wife, Ashlee, and daughter, Harlow. An avid sportsman, traveling throughout the Midwest and Canada in pursuit of walleyes, ducks, and deer, he’s happiest simply being with his family—whether at home, fishing, at a rodeo, or even at dance recitals, something he never expected to enjoy.
